the staff was very efficient and friendly. the room was very clean. i've already stayed multiple times at the accommodation (six times, to be exact).
the promptness of room service for ordered meals could be improved.

I found the location great for travel, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well. Friendly, helpful staff contributed to a smooth stay. I especially appreciated the convenient access to nearby attractions. I experienced efficient service from the attentive team. The front desk was always ready to assist with any inquiries. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.
The hotel only provides tap water in bottles (I'd prefer bottled water).

The restaurant food is nice (especially the breakfast!). Service from the staff is attentive. I enjoyed the variety of options available during meal times and quick service from the restaurant staff.

comfortable bed friendly staff delicious food
the bed was very comfortable and house keeping visits the room every day. the staff were friendly. when i asked for a cultural food item the chef made it delicious.
the night receptionist acted rude. he did not give a very accommodating experience when i arrived. his behavior seemed unprofessional and he showed little customer service skills.
